We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst (Junior Level) to support HR data reporting, workforce metrics tracking, and process improvement initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is passionate about using data to optimize HR functions. The HR Analyst will work closely with HR teams to maintain accurate records, assist in generating reports, and support HR decision-making through meaningful data insights.
Collect, organize, and maintain HR data, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment statistics.
Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports for internal stakeholders and management.
Assist in analyzing HR trends and identifying patterns to support strategic planning.
Support the maintenance and accuracy of HR systems and employee records.
Ensure data compliance with internal standards and legal regulations (e.g., GDPR/local labor laws).
Assist with HR audits, policy reviews, and compliance tracking.
Collaborate with other HR functions to streamline data collection and improve reporting processes.
Support HR dashboards and presentations by compiling visual reports and summaries.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts); experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and time management skills
Eagerness to learn HR systems, processes, and data visualization tools
