We are seeking a dependable and organized HR Admin Support (Junior Level) to assist the Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative tasks and employee support services. This role is ideal for early-career professionals or fresh graduates looking to build a foundation in HR operations. The HR Admin Support will handle clerical responsibilities, document management, and internal coordination, contributing to the smooth functioning of HR activities.
Provide administrative support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with the preparation of contracts, memos, onboarding kits, and standard HR letters.
Perform data entry and update HR systems with employee details, leave requests, and attendance records.
Schedule interviews and help coordinate onboarding activities.
Maintain filing systems for physical and digital HR documents.
Respond to basic employee queries regarding forms, leave policies, and document requests.
Support internal communication for HR notices, updates, and events.
Assist in organizing training sessions, internal meetings, and HR-related events.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience acceptable)

Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
