As a Freelance Recruiter, you will source and evaluate job seekers within your specialized category. Your role involves verifying and sorting CVs, conducting detailed assessments and interviews, and ensuring that every candidate is graded and categorized correctly before uploading their profile into our recruitment system.
This is a task-based, remote role offering flexible hours, competitive per-task fees, and based on your performance.
Source and connect with candidates in assigned categories (Oil & Gas, Power Plant, General Administration Management, Engineering, Admin, Healthcare, Sales)
Verify CVs for accuracy and completeness
Sort and categorize candidates by:
Industry
Job Category
Job Title
Employment Level
Evaluate candidates on:
Expertise
Productivity
HSE Knowledge
Behavior
Conduct structured interviews and assess:
Technical Test Score
Psychological Test Score
Management Test Score
Grade and document evaluations for each candidate
Upload fully assessed and categorized profiles into the recruitment system
Meet task completion deadlines and monthly targets for bonus eligibility
Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing
Strong understanding of industry-specific roles
Excellent communication and interviewing skills
Ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies
Organized and detail-oriented with strong categorization skills
Access to a computer and reliable internet
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
