We are seeking a motivated Junior Field Services Supervisor to assist in overseeing valve inspection activities across water treatment plants. This entry-level supervisory role involves coordinating field inspection teams, supporting data collection, and ensuring compliance with inspection protocols to maintain valve reliability and safety.
Field Team Coordination
Assist in supervising valve inspection crews performing visual and operational checks on valves such as gate, butterfly, check, and control valves.
Help schedule and assign daily inspection tasks to field technicians.
Monitor field activities to ensure inspections are thorough and documented accurately.
Inspection Support
Participate in valve inspections, including visual assessment, leak detection, and operational testing under supervision.
Assist in recording inspection data and reporting valve conditions.
Support follow-up actions like minor maintenance or scheduling repairs.
Safety & Compliance
Promote safe field work practices, including proper PPE use, confined space awareness, and adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly to senior supervisors.
Ensure inspection activities meet utility and regulatory standards.
Documentation & Communication
Maintain accurate inspection records and update CMMS or asset management systems.
Communicate inspection findings clearly to supervisors and maintenance teams.
Participate in safety meetings and training programs.

Education:
High school diploma or GED required
Technical training or certification in mechanical, inspection, or water treatment disciplines preferred
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in valve inspection, mechanical maintenance, or related field
Some exposure to supervisory tasks or team coordination beneficial
Skills:
Basic knowledge of valve types and inspection methods
Ability to follow inspection procedures and use inspection tools
Familiarity with safety protocols in field work environments
Good communication and teamwork skills
