We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Field Service Technician to support the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of boiler systems within power plants. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to develop practical skills in boiler equipment servicing, diagnostics, and client support while working alongside experienced technicians.
Assist senior technicians with onsite inspection, troubleshooting, and servicing of boiler pressure parts, burners, and auxiliary equipment.
Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new boiler components and systems.
Help diagnose operational issues using tools such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and combustion analyzers.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication, gasket replacement, and valve adjustments under supervision.
Assist with preventive maintenance programs and minor repairs at client power plant facilities.
Report any equipment abnormalities or safety concerns promptly.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols on-site including PPE use, LOTO, and confined space entry.
Maintain accurate service logs, checklists, and documentation for each assignment.
Support compliance with client specifications, industry codes, and safety regulations.
Participate in training programs on boiler systems, troubleshooting techniques, and safety standards.
Work closely with senior technicians to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge.
Develop skills in field diagnostics, service reporting, and client communication.

Education:
High school diploma or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Boiler Technology, or related field preferred

Willingness to obtain relevant boiler operator or service technician credentials
Experience:
0–2 years in industrial maintenance, field service, or related roles (internships/apprenticeships acceptable)
Skills:
Basic understanding of boiler systems and mechanical components
Comfortable working in field environments with physical activity and varying conditions
Strong willingness to learn, good communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously
