The Field Sales Supervisor (Junior Level) supports the daily operations of the field sales team by assisting in managing sales routes, engaging with customers, and ensuring on-ground implementation of sales initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual eager to gain leadership experience in territory management, customer service, and performance tracking.
Assist in overseeing field sales activities, including customer visits, product demonstrations, and order collection.
Support the coordination of field sales routes and schedules for sales representatives.
Monitor product availability, merchandising, and promotional displays at customer locations.
Communicate with retailers, distributors, or clients to understand basic sales concerns and provide solutions.
Collect sales reports, customer feedback, and competitor insights from the field and report to management.
Help ensure field sales teams meet daily/weekly targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in on-the-job training with senior sales staff to learn territory management and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or retail coordination (internship acceptable).
Basic understanding of sales operations, customer service, and route planning.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with CRM or sales reporting tools is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories regularly.
