Monitor maintenance scopes during planned outages, forced shutdowns, and routine preventive maintenance windows.
Coordinate scaffolding, rigging, isolation, and confined space entry for boiler maintenance tasks.
Interpret boiler pressure part drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs to guide maintenance execution.
Ensure compliance with ASME codes, NBIC standards, and internal QA/QC procedures for pressure part integrity.
Identify common failure modes such as tube leaks, erosion, scaling, or creep, and supervise corrective measures.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols including LOTO, hot work permits, confined space entry, and PPE.
Ensure field maintenance activities comply with OSHA and jurisdictional pressure equipment regulations.
Lead toolbox talks, JSAs (Job Safety Analysis), and field audits to reinforce safe work practices.
Liaise with planning, operations, and engineering teams to align maintenance activities with plant requirements.
Track maintenance progress, log completed tasks, and document quality checks and deviations.
