As a Mid-Level Field Instrumentation Technician, you will independently perform installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of field instrumentation devices at manufacturing sites. You will work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure reliable and accurate operation of instrumentation critical for process control.
Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments including pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, level controllers, and analyzers.
Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation faults using diagnostic tools and manuals.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive, and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability.
Assist in commissioning new instrumentation and system upgrades.
Maintain accurate calibration and maintenance records.
Collaborate with engineers and operations teams to optimize instrumentation performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all field activities.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians when required.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related field

Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
