We are looking for an experienced Facilities HVAC Supervisor to oversee and coordinate HVAC system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across power plant facilities. This mid-level supervisory role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably to support critical plant functions.
Supervise routine and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), ventilation fans, cooling towers, and ductwork.
Monitor system performance parameters such as temperature, airflow, and humidity to maintain optimal environmental conditions.
Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for HVAC system faults and inefficiencies.
Assign, schedule, and oversee daily work activities of HVAC technicians and helpers.
Mentor and guide team members to perform safe, effective maintenance and repairs.
Maintain shift logs, work orders, and performance records.
Enforce adherence to plant safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and regulatory standards related to HVAC systems.
Participate in safety audits, toolbox talks, and emergency preparedness drills.
Ensure HVAC operations comply with environmental and safety regulations.
Manage spare parts inventory for HVAC systems, coordinating timely procurement of necessary materials.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
Prepare reports on system status, maintenance activities, and incidents for senior management.
Implement improvements in HVAC maintenance procedures to enhance system reliability and energy efficiency.
Support training programs to upgrade team technical skills and knowledge.
Stay current with HVAC technologies, industry codes, and best practices relevant to power plant operations.
Oversee HVAC maintenance and operational reliability in power plant facilities

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field
Experience:
4–7 years of HVAC maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in power plant or industrial environments
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, control systems, and maintenance best practices
Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
