To support the execution of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities for packaging and filling machinery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and operational requirements at both the factory and customer site.
Assist in the preparation and execution of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for packaging and filling machines.
Support Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) activities, including machine installation, commissioning, and validation at customer sites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and project documentation during FAT/SAT execution.
Generate accurate test reports, validation documents, and handover documentation.
Ensure that all machines meet performance standards and customer requirements before shipment and after installation.
Provide basic technical training and support to customer operators during SAT.
Maintain detailed records of any modifications or issues encountered during testing phases.
Packaging and Filling Machinery:
Exposure to or interest in automated packaging and liquid filling systems.
Understanding of mechanical and basic electrical principles in filling machines.
FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing):
Assist in testing machine functionality and verifying design compliance before shipment.
SAT (Site Acceptance Testing):
Support machine start-up, integration, and validation at customer premises.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Identify, analyze, and help resolve minor mechanical or control-related issues.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare test protocols, support commissioning reports, and maintain proper test logs.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all HSE standards during site visits and machine handling.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with project/internship experience in relevant machinery can apply).
Skills:
Basic understanding of PLCs and automation systems is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
Willingness to travel domestically/internationally for on-site assignments.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
Internship or project experience in packaging or filling machinery.
Exposure to pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or FMCG industries.
