Job Title: Executive Vice President of Human Resources (EVP of HR)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Vice President of Human Resources (EVP of HR) to lead the design and execution of comprehensive human resource strategies that support our organizational goals. The EVP of HR will work closely with the CHRO and executive leadership to manage enterprise-wide HR initiatives, oversee functional HR departments, and ensure the delivery of high-impact workforce solutions. This role is ideal for a senior HR executive with a track record of operational excellence, people leadership, and transformational change in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy Execution:
    Translate organizational goals into actionable HR programs and ensure consistent execution across all business units.

  • Operational Leadership:
    Oversee the day-to-day operations of HR departments including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and HR Business Partners.

  • People & Performance Management:
    Drive enterprise-wide performance management initiatives, leadership development, and employee retention strategies.

  • Organizational Effectiveness:
    Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and change management efforts across departments.

  • HR Compliance & Risk:
    Ensure company-wide compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies.

  • Executive Support & Partnership:
    Partner with the CHRO and executive leadership to shape a forward-thinking, inclusive, and performance-oriented culture.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field

  • 12–18 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or vice president-level role

  • Proven experience in managing large HR teams and driving HR initiatives in multi-site or global organizations

  • Expertise in workforce planning, HR operations, talent management, and compliance

  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategic execution

Skills & Competencies:

  • Results-oriented leader with a strategic mindset and operational rigor

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

  • Deep knowledge of HR systems, analytics, and digital transformation tools

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead and inspire large teams
