The Executive Vice President (EVP) – Valve Division holds full P&L responsibility and oversees strategic leadership, growth, and operational excellence across the valve product line. This executive is accountable for driving business expansion, leading cross-functional teams, developing high-level client relationships, and ensuring product innovation and compliance within industry standards.
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to grow the valve division in local and international markets.
Oversee daily operations, including manufacturing, engineering, R&D, supply chain, sales, and after-sales service.
Drive business development and global partnerships, especially in oil & gas, petrochemical, water, and power sectors.
Ensure all products meet industry quality, safety, and regulatory standards (API, ASME, ISO, etc.).
Set and monitor KPIs to achieve revenue, profit, and operational targets.
Lead innovation in valve technologies and expand product offerings based on market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to develop competitive pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.
Build and lead high-performing executive and technical teams; ensure continuous talent development.
Report to the CEO on the division’s performance and provide recommendations for investment and scaling.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
15+ years of experience in the valve manufacturing or industrial equipment sector, with at least 5 years in executive leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of industrial valves (gate, globe, ball, butterfly, control, etc.) and their applications.
Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and global operations.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced manufacturing technologies.
Track record of successful market expansion or product diversification in the valve industry.
Strong network in oil & gas, power, water, and industrial sectors.
Experience in mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures related to industrial manufacturing.
