Job Summary:

The Executive Vice President (EVP) – Turbine Division is a senior executive responsible for strategic direction, operational excellence, and overall business performance of the turbine division. This role oversees the design, production, servicing, and global distribution of industrial and power generation turbines, including gas, steam, and wind turbine technologies. The EVP will lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation, quality, and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement the strategic vision and roadmap for the turbine division, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

  • Lead engineering, R&D, manufacturing, project execution, and service operations for all turbine products.

  • Manage full P&L responsibility and drive revenue growth through market expansion and customer acquisition.

  • Ensure compliance with international industry standards (e.g., ASME, API, IEC, ISO) and safety regulations.

  • Oversee the execution of large turbine installation, commissioning, and maintenance contracts.

  • Guide innovation efforts in high-efficiency, low-emission, and hybrid turbine technologies.

  • Collaborate with global sales teams to develop winning proposals for industrial and power sector clients.

  • Build long-term partnerships with OEMs, EPC firms, and government or regulatory bodies.

  • Develop strong leadership pipelines and retain top technical and commercial talent.

  • Present divisional performance and strategic updates to the CEO and Board of Directors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Energy Systems (Master’s or MBA preferred).

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in turbine manufacturing, project delivery, or power systems, including 5+ years in executive leadership.

  • In-depth knowledge of turbine systems (gas, steam, wind) and supporting technologies (compressors, generators, cooling systems, etc.).

  • Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing, service, or EPC projects globally.

  • Excellent leadership, financial acumen, and strategic planning capabilities.

  • Familiarity with digital technologies such as predictive maintenance, SCADA integration, and performance monitoring tools.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with global clients in utilities, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

  • Strong network with OEM suppliers and energy regulators.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead transformation, reduce cost, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of renewable energy integration and carbon reduction technologies.
