The Executive Vice President (EVP) – Pumps & Motors Division is responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, and strategic direction of the company’s pumps and motors business. This includes oversight of product design, engineering, manufacturing, project delivery, and aftermarket support for a wide range of industrial pumping and motor solutions used in energy, water, and process industries.
Develop and execute business strategy for pumps and motors across regional and global markets.
Oversee engineering, production, sales, and service functions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Lead product innovation initiatives in centrifugal pumps, submersible pumps, vertical/horizontal multistage pumps, and AC/DC motors.
Ensure all products comply with industry standards (API, ANSI, ISO, NEMA, IEC, etc.).
Manage large-scale equipment supply and turnkey pumping system projects, from design to commissioning.
Expand business with key customers in oil & gas, utilities, HVAC, irrigation, and infrastructure sectors.
Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and after-market service operations.
Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and report division results to executive leadership.
Foster strategic alliances with OEMs, distributors, and EPC contractors.
Develop leadership talent and build a performance-driven culture within the division.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline (Master’s or MBA preferred).
15+ years of experience in the pumps, motors, or rotating equipment industry, with at least 5 years in executive or P&L roles.
Strong technical knowledge of pumping systems and industrial motors (LV, MV, HV applications).
Experience with applications in oil & gas, water treatment, district cooling, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
Demonstrated success in growing business units and managing complex engineering/manufacturing operations.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial strategy skills.
Familiarity with energy efficiency initiatives, VFD/inverter integration, and condition monitoring technologies.
Hands-on experience in both product sales and project-based solution delivery.
Global business exposure and ability to manage multi-location teams.
Strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, and end-users in key industries.
