The Executive Vice President (EVP) – HVAC Division is responsible for providing strategic, operational, and commercial leadership for the company’s HVAC business. This role oversees design, manufacturing, project execution, and after-sales service of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The EVP is accountable for driving growth, innovation, and profitability while ensuring compliance with global standards and client requirements.
Define and lead the strategic plan for the HVAC division across product, project, and service segments.
Oversee all business functions including engineering, sales, procurement, project execution, and service operations.
Ensure HVAC systems comply with international codes and energy efficiency standards (ASHRAE, ISO, LEED, etc.).
Manage large-scale HVAC projects from bidding through design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Promote product innovation in energy-efficient systems (VRF, chillers, AHUs, smart thermostats, IoT integration).
Establish and manage partnerships with consultants, contractors, and developers in commercial and industrial sectors.
Drive operational excellence across factories, warehouses, and project sites with a focus on safety, quality, and cost.
Ensure robust customer service programs for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and technical support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies and product offerings.
Report performance, growth strategies, and risk factors to the CEO and executive board.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
15+ years of progressive experience in the HVAC industry, including at least 5 years in executive or general management roles.
Proven experience managing HVAC product lines and delivering complex HVAC projects (e.g., hospitals, airports, industrial plants).
Strong understanding of HVAC system components (chillers, DX units, ducting, BMS, VRV/VRF, etc.).
Experience with energy efficiency standards, green building certification, and smart HVAC technologies.
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and project management skills.
Deep industry network with MEP consultants, developers, and government clients.
Familiarity with HVAC software tools (AutoCAD MEP, Revit, HAP, etc.).
Ability to lead innovation in climate control, ventilation, and sustainable building technologies.
Experience in both manufacturing and turnkey project environments.
