The Executive Vice President (EVP) – Mechanical Products is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational excellence, and business growth of the mechanical products division. This includes full leadership responsibility for product lines such as pumps, valves, boilers, turbines, HVAC systems, motors, and fabricated systems. The EVP drives regional and global expansion, builds high-performance teams, and ensures delivery of financial and commercial targets.
Define and lead the division’s long-term strategy across markets, product lines, and customer segments.
Collaborate with the CEO and board to shape corporate goals, growth targets, and investment priorities.
Own and manage the full P&L of the mechanical products division.
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, operational costs, and margin improvements.
Direct the sales, marketing, and business development functions to meet regional and international growth objectives.
Establish go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and channel partner programs.
Guide R&D, engineering, and product management teams to enhance the competitiveness of offerings.
Oversee the development of new mechanical products based on market trends and customer demands.
Maintain and build executive-level relationships with strategic clients, government agencies, EPCs, and industrial customers.
Lead participation in major industry events, trade shows, and stakeholder forums.
Ensure seamless coordination between sales, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and service departments.
Implement process improvements and digital initiatives to boost efficiency and customer experience.
Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO) and local regulatory frameworks.
Mitigate business risks through contract reviews, project assessments, and audit readiness.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing leadership team within the mechanical division.
Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (MBA or Executive Education preferred)
15–20+ years of experience in mechanical product industries, with at least 5 years in a senior executive or EVP role
Proven track record in managing large business units with full P&L responsibility
Strong exposure to industrial sectors such as oil & gas, water, power, infrastructure, and manufacturing
Deep product knowledge of rotating equipment, HVAC, thermal systems, and industrial mechanical assemblies
International leadership experience across GCC and global markets preferred
