The Executive Director – Fabrication and Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s fabrication and manufacturing operations across multiple facilities. This role drives strategic execution, operational excellence, production efficiency, and continuous improvement to support project delivery, client satisfaction, and business profitability.
Lead all fabrication and manufacturing operations across plants, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and safety compliance.
Set and execute production strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements.
Drive productivity and capacity planning based on demand forecasts and project pipelines.
Develop long-term strategies to scale fabrication capabilities, expand service offerings, and adopt new technologies.
Oversee capital projects including plant expansion, new equipment, and technology upgrades.
Align operations with business development, engineering, and project management teams for seamless execution.
Champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve plant throughput and cycle times.
Implement KPIs and drive data-based decision-making.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards (ISO 9001, ASME, API, etc.) and client specifications.
Drive a zero-incident culture through rigorous safety programs (OSHA, ISO 45001).
Work closely with QA/QC and HSE leaders to ensure compliance and performance.
Build and lead a strong team of plant managers, manufacturing heads, and operational leaders.
Mentor leadership, develop succession pipelines, and instill a performance-oriented culture.
Support training and upskilling initiatives across facilities.
Pressure vessels, piping spools, skids, heat exchangers, turbine components, offshore platforms, structural steel
Modular fabrication for oil & gas, renewables, and power generation sectors
Welding (GTAW, FCAW, SMAW, SAW), CNC machining, fitting, painting/blasting, testing, loadout

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
MBA or Executive Leadership Program (Preferred)
Certifications (Preferred):
Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt)
PMP, ISO Auditor, or ASME Compliance Certifications
Experience:
20+ years in fabrication/manufacturing with 10+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven success managing multi-site, high-volume operations in heavy engineering or EPC sectors
