The Junior Equipment Maintenance Supervisor supports the planning, coordination, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems (HVAC, utilities, conveyors) and process equipment (pumps, mixers, heat exchangers). Working under a senior supervisor, this role ensures high equipment uptime, safety compliance, and timely work order completion.
Work Order Coordination:
Review and schedule maintenance work orders in the CMMS.
Assign daily tasks to technicians and track completion status.
Preventive Maintenance Execution:
Supervise routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility and process equipment.
Verify lubrication, alignment, and calibration tasks are performed per schedule.
Corrective Maintenance Support:
Assist in troubleshooting breakdowns; ensure prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
Coordinate spare parts requisitions and ensure critical spares are stocked.
Team Leadership & Communication:
Guide and mentor maintenance technicians on safe work practices and troubleshooting methods.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and handover meetings.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs, and equipment history.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on maintenance KPIs (MTTR, uptime, schedule compliance).
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO), permit-to-work, and other EHS procedures.
Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions.

Familiarity with CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and basic maintenance planning.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
