Support implementation of real-time monitoring and AI-based optimization platforms.
Water-Steam Cycle Management:
Ensure feedwater treatment, blowdown control, and condensate recovery systems are optimized for thermal efficiency and equipment protection.
Regulatory & Sustainability Compliance:
Ensure boiler operations comply with emissions standards (NOx, SOx, CO2) and energy codes (ASHRAE, ISO 50001).
Contribute to the facility’s energy management strategy and sustainability reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to implement efficiency measures with minimal disruption.
Provide training and support for boiler operators on energy-conscious operating practices.
Budget & Cost Analysis:
Support development of energy budgets and track ROI of energy-saving investments.
Provide financial analysis for energy procurement and utility contracts related to boiler operations.
Combustion Efficiency Optimization:
Ensure optimal air-to-fuel ratios, burner tuning, and flue gas heat recovery to reduce fuel use.
