We are looking for a proactive and experienced Energy Supervisor to oversee daily operations related to energy efficiency, monitoring, and sustainability initiatives. This role includes supervising a team of energy analysts or technicians, ensuring compliance with energy management goals, and coordinating implementation of energy-saving strategies across facilities.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of energy analysts, technicians, and support staff.
Oversee energy audits, monitoring programs, and implementation of conservation measures.
Track and analyze energy usage trends across buildings, systems, and equipment.
Ensure timely reporting of energy performance, cost-saving opportunities, and KPIs.
Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize building performance.
Review and approve energy-related reports, models, and proposals prepared by the team.
Train staff on energy best practices, tools, and safety procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and energy efficiency standards (e.g., ISO 50001, ASHRAE).
Serve as the primary contact for internal departments and external vendors on energy matters.
Recommend upgrades or process improvements to enhance energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5–8 years of experience in energy management or building performance, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, controls, and building automation systems.
Experience with energy modeling tools and energy management systems (EMS/BMS).
Certification preferred (e.g., CEM, LEED AP, CMVP).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and energy analysis software.
