We are looking for a skilled and proactive Mid-Level Energy Analyst to support and lead energy performance assessments, efficiency projects, and sustainability initiatives. This role involves data analysis, energy modeling, and reporting, and plays a key part in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving environmental performance across buildings and facilities.
Analyze utility and operational data to identify energy usage trends and inefficiencies.
Develop energy models and simulations to support project planning and performance forecasting.
Conduct on-site energy audits and assessments of HVAC, lighting, and building systems.
Prepare detailed energy reports with actionable recommendations.
Monitor energy-saving initiatives and verify performance metrics.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and sustainability teams to implement energy conservation measures.
Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.
Support compliance with local and international energy and sustainability standards (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE, ISO 50001).
Stay current on new technologies and industry developments in energy management.
Bachelor's degree in Energy, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in energy analysis, building performance, or sustainability.
Proficiency in Excel and energy analysis tools (e.g., RETScreen, eQUEST, EnergyPlus, etc.).
Experience with energy auditing and reporting.
Understanding of building systems and energy efficiency strategies.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, BREEAM, LEED).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Project coordination and time management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and results.
