We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Employee Relations Specialist (Mid-Level) to support and enhance workplace harmony by managing employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, balancing business needs with employee welfare while promoting a respectful and positive workplace culture.
Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and recommend appropriate action based on findings.
Advise managers on the application of policies, procedures, and labor law requirements to ensure consistent and fair handling of employee issues.
Maintain detailed documentation and case tracking of employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions.
Identify recurring employee concerns or risk areas and recommend proactive solutions.
Support change management initiatives, employee engagement strategies, and organizational culture programs.
Collaborate with HR, legal, and compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Facilitate workshops and awareness sessions related to conduct, ethics, and professional workplace behavior.
Monitor employee morale, workplace dynamics, and internal communication to ensure a healthy work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in employee relations or generalist HR roles
Solid understanding of labor laws and employment regulations (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
Proven ability to conduct investigations and manage sensitive situations
Excellent interpersonal, mediation, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong documentation, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
