We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Employee Relations Specialist (Junior Level) to support the HR department in managing employee concerns, workplace issues, and compliance with company policies. This role plays a key part in maintaining a positive and productive work environment by assisting in conflict resolution processes, conducting initial investigations, and supporting HR in policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a high level of discretion, and a foundational understanding of labor law and employee relations practices.
Support the handling of employee grievances, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in conducting preliminary fact-finding investigations related to disciplinary actions or policy violations.
Document employee concerns and maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and resolutions.
Ensure employee relations processes are consistent and in line with company policies and legal requirements.
Support HR management in implementing engagement, retention, and workplace improvement initiatives.
Help in organizing awareness sessions and workshops related to company policies, ethics, and workplace conduct.
Monitor workplace climate by gathering feedback and identifying areas of concern or conflict.
Collaborate with HR colleagues on exit interviews, probation reviews, and employee satisfaction tracking.
Assist in drafting employee communications related to workplace behavior, policy reminders, and updates.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in an HR support or employee relations role (internships or entry-level experience acceptable)
Basic knowledge of employment law and HR policies (UAE labor law knowledge is a plus)
Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
Good organizational and documentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
