We are seeking a dynamic and people-focused Employee Engagement Specialist (Mid-Level) to lead initiatives that drive employee satisfaction, enhance organizational culture, and improve retention. This role plays a key part in executing engagement strategies, managing communication campaigns, and analyzing feedback to develop actionable insights. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR, internal communications, or culture development, with a passion for building a motivated and connected workforce.
Design and implement employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and wellness campaigns across the organization.
Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to align engagement efforts with business goals and culture values.
Lead planning and execution of engagement events, team-building activities, and internal campaigns (e.g., Employee Appreciation Day, surveys).
Create engaging internal communications content such as newsletters, announcements, and digital campaigns.
Analyze data from engagement surveys, feedback tools, and exit interviews to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional participation in engagement initiatives and act as a liaison between HR and other departments.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives that contribute to a positive work environment.
Monitor key engagement metrics and prepare regular reports for HR leadership.
Champion a consistent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or related field
3–5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, internal communications, or organizational development
Strong project management and event coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with engagement tools (e.g., CultureAmp, Officevibe, SurveyMonkey) is a plus
Creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable engagement activities
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret survey data and engagement metrics
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels
