Job Title: Employee Engagement Specialist (Junior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Employee Engagement Specialist (Junior Level) to support the planning and execution of initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction. This entry-level role is ideal for an HR professional looking to develop in the areas of engagement, internal communication, and culture-building. The successful candidate will assist in organizing events, supporting employee feedback programs, and coordinating communications to strengthen employee connection and morale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of employee engagement activities including events, campaigns, surveys, and wellness programs.

  • Assist in developing internal communication materials such as newsletters, emails, and intranet updates.

  • Coordinate logistics for engagement initiatives such as town halls, team-building activities, and recognition programs.

  • Maintain and update employee engagement calendars and participation records.

  • Collect and organize employee feedback from surveys and suggestion channels, and prepare basic reports for HR leadership.

  • Assist with onboarding welcome activities and initiatives that improve the employee experience.

  • Support the promotion of organizational values, culture, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure consistency in messaging and employee support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, communications, or event coordination (internships acceptable)

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Creativity and interest in improving employee experience

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or communication tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp) is a plus

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
