We are hiring an Educational Technology Manager to oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and support of instructional technologies. This role leads a team and collaborates across departments to promote effective digital learning ecosystems.
8+ years of experience in educational technology, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or management capacity
Manage a team of instructional technologists, support specialists, and platform administrators
Define the educational technology strategy in alignment with institutional or organizational learning goals
Lead implementation of new learning platforms, upgrades, and integrations
Oversee technology training programs for educators and administrative users
Ensure systems meet regulatory standards for accessibility, security, and data protection
Evaluate vendor solutions and manage relationships with technology providers
Track technology performance metrics and user adoption across the organization
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, Instructional Design, or related field
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) or EdTech-specific certifications are a plus
Leadership in LMS deployment, integration, and support (Canvas, Blackboard, Sakai, etc.)
Strategic knowledge of EdTech procurement, system administration, and user experience design
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS for Education)
Strong stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency with analytics tools for learning engagement and performance tracking
