We are looking for a Senior E-learning Developer to lead the design and development of high-quality digital training solutions. This role involves translating complex content into engaging e-learning experiences and mentoring junior team members.
4–7 years of experience in e-learning content development, digital instructional design, or educational media production
Design and develop advanced interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools and custom scripts
Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and trainers to create effective, user-friendly learning content
Manage multiple projects and ensure alignment with learning goals, branding, and technical specifications
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG), SCORM/xAPI integration, and LMS compatibility
Conduct quality assurance, usability testing, and content optimization based on feedback
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior e-learning developers
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Digital Media, Instructional Design, or related field
Certifications such as ATD, Adobe Captivate Specialist, or Articulate Certified Developer are preferred
Advanced skills in tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, and Rise
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript for custom learning interactions
Knowledge of LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Cornerstone) and SCORM/xAPI standards
Strong project management and visual communication skills
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles for e-learning
