We are hiring an E-learning Development Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and quality assurance of all digital learning initiatives. This role combines team leadership, instructional innovation, and operational oversight to scale e-learning capabilities across the organization.
8+ years of experience in e-learning development or instructional design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Lead a team of e-learning developers, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists
Define e-learning development standards, style guides, and best practices
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, from intake to delivery and evaluation
Collaborate with L&D, IT, and business leaders to align digital training with strategic goals
Ensure technical compatibility, accessibility, and content scalability across platforms
Evaluate and implement new learning technologies, tools, and frameworks
Track team performance, budget, and vendor relationships (if applicable)
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, Digital Media, or related discipline
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) or learning tech certifications are a plus
Deep expertise in e-learning development tools and standards (Articulate, Captivate, SCORM, xAPI, LTI)
Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
Familiarity with LMS administration and integrations
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Experience in learning analytics, performance measurement, and continuous improvement
