We are seeking a Junior E-learning Developer to support the creation of interactive digital learning experiences. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a foundation in instructional design and multimedia tools, looking to grow in the field of digital training and content development.
0–2 years of experience in e-learning development, instructional design, or multimedia content creation
Assist in building interactive e-learning modules and online courses under guidance
Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts to convert scripts into visual learning assets
Develop basic multimedia content including images, audio, and video
Maintain and update course materials within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Test content for functionality, compatibility, and accessibility compliance
Support version control and asset management
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia)
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Exposure to HTML, CSS, and SCORM/AICC standards is a plus
Good attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
