Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Diversity and Inclusion Manager to champion an inclusive workplace culture and drive the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate across all levels of the organization to ensure fair practices, promote cultural awareness, and embed DEI into the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.

  • Advise leadership on inclusive practices related to recruitment, development, promotion, and retention.

  • Implement and manage programs, workshops, and campaigns that raise awareness and build a culture of inclusion.

  • Analyze workforce demographics and conduct audits to identify disparities and measure DEI progress.

  • Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition, and business units to ensure equitable hiring and advancement practices.

  • Monitor global DEI trends, legislation, and best practices to maintain up-to-date compliance and innovation.

  • Establish partnerships with external organizations to promote employer branding and inclusive hiring.

  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and foster employee-led inclusion initiatives.

  • Prepare and present DEI reports, dashboards, and metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR, talent management, or DEI-specific roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position

  • Proven experience designing and implementing DEI strategies and programs

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and inclusive workplace practices

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations

  • DEI certifications (e.g., Cornell D&I Certificate, SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture Credential) are an advantage
