We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Specialist (Senior Level) to lead the development and execution of impactful strategies that foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace. This role is critical in embedding D&I values into our organizational culture, talent practices, and business operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and change agent, driving initiatives that support diverse representation, inclusive leadership, and a workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered.
Design and lead the implementation of enterprise-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
Act as a subject-matter expert and advisor to senior leadership on D&I matters.
Develop inclusive policies, frameworks, and action plans in collaboration with HR and business teams.
Analyze workforce demographics and diversity metrics to identify opportunities and measure progress.
Facilitate company-wide training programs on topics such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence.
Provide strategic oversight and support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to build inclusive recruitment and career development frameworks.
Coordinate internal communication strategies and campaigns to promote a culture of inclusion.
Represent the company in external D&I forums, networks, and partnerships.
Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior-level D&I role
Proven track record of leading successful D&I programs in medium to large organizations
In-depth knowledge of global diversity, inclusion, and equity principles and practices
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and ethical judgment
Familiarity with UAE/GCC labor regulations and multicultural work environments is an advantage
