Job Title: Diversity & Inclusion Specialist (Senior Level)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Specialist (Senior Level) to lead the development and execution of impactful strategies that foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplace. This role is critical in embedding D&I values into our organizational culture, talent practices, and business operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor and change agent, driving initiatives that support diverse representation, inclusive leadership, and a workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the implementation of enterprise-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert and advisor to senior leadership on D&I matters.

  • Develop inclusive policies, frameworks, and action plans in collaboration with HR and business teams.

  • Analyze workforce demographics and diversity metrics to identify opportunities and measure progress.

  • Facilitate company-wide training programs on topics such as unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and cultural competence.

  • Provide strategic oversight and support to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to build inclusive recruitment and career development frameworks.

  • Coordinate internal communication strategies and campaigns to promote a culture of inclusion.

  • Represent the company in external D&I forums, networks, and partnerships.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior-level D&I role

  • Proven track record of leading successful D&I programs in medium to large organizations

  • In-depth knowledge of global diversity, inclusion, and equity principles and practices

  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and ethical judgment

  • Familiarity with UAE/GCC labor regulations and multicultural work environments is an advantage
