We are seeking a proactive and committed Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Specialist (Mid-Level) to support and lead key diversity initiatives that promote a respectful, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day D&I activities, collaborating with internal teams, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring the integration of inclusive practices across HR and business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills, along with a deep passion for advancing workplace inclusion.
Coordinate and implement D&I programs, campaigns, and awareness events across the organization.
Collaborate with HR and business units to embed inclusive practices into recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
Facilitate training sessions and learning programs focused on inclusive behavior, unconscious bias, and cross-cultural awareness.
Support and liaise with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), providing operational guidance and engagement support.
Monitor and report on diversity metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Contribute to the creation and revision of inclusive HR policies, employee handbooks, and onboarding materials.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global and regional D&I trends, practices, and legal considerations.
Assist in stakeholder engagement, including presenting D&I progress updates to internal leaders.
Coordinate with internal communications to promote inclusion messaging, observance events, and success stories.
Ensure compliance with diversity-related regulations, especially within the UAE/GCC context.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Sociology, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Human Resources or Diversity & Inclusion roles
Proven involvement in implementing and supporting D&I-related projects or initiatives
Strong understanding of inclusive HR practices and workplace equity concepts
Familiarity with UAE labor law and cultural diversity in the GCC is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; data analysis skills are a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
