Collaborate with engineering, planning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and project management teams to ensure efficient execution.
Enforce production standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance (ABS, DNV, API, OSHA, etc.).
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, rework rates, schedule adherence, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization.
Optimize manpower deployment, fabrication workflows, and equipment usage through lean practices and industrial engineering principles.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production systems, including adoption of digital tools, advanced welding, and automation technologies.
Interface with clients, classification societies, and contractors during inspections, audits, and milestone completions.
Lead and mentor production supervisors, superintendents, and skilled labor teams to enhance capability and performance.
