    • Technical Oversight & Leadership: Provide engineering governance, technical mentorship, and strategic direction for steam systems.

    • Innovation & Retrofit Projects: Support decarbonization initiatives such as waste heat recovery, hybridization, and digital performance monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.

    • 12–18+ years of progressive experience in marine boiler design, operation, or engineering leadership.

    • In-depth knowledge of water tube and fire tube boilers, steam turbine integration, and auxiliary steam systems.

    • Familiarity with boiler control systems, emissions reduction technologies, and water treatment programs.

    • Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and classification rules.

    • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, projects, and budgets.
