The Director – Business Development is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, securing partnerships, and expanding the company's client base. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong commercial acumen, the ability to lead high-value negotiations, and a track record of achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and relationship management.
Develop and lead business development strategies to support company growth goals.
Identify and evaluate potential markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Build, manage, and expand relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end deal cycles, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies.

Oversee proposal development, pricing strategies, and contractual terms.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8–10 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or corporate partnerships.
Proven track record of developing and closing high-value strategic deals.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline management tools.
