The Director – Fabrication Services and EPC Sales is responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives across structural and mechanical fabrication services, targeting EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors and end users in key sectors such as oil & gas, power, water, and industrial infrastructure. This role includes revenue growth ownership, large-scale project pursuit, client relationship management, and alignment of technical capabilities with commercial strategies.
Develop and execute sales strategies for fabrication services (steel structures, skid packages, piping spools, pressure vessels, tanks, etc.).
Target EPC contractors, OEMs, and government/industrial clients for long-term project engagement.
Drive pre-bid and post-bid strategies to improve win rates in complex tenders.
Identify new opportunities across industrial sectors and position the company as a preferred fabrication and EPC solutions partner.
Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including project developers, consultants, and decision-makers.
Manage high-value accounts and strategic relationships across the region.
Negotiate high-stakes contracts, framework agreements, and service-level commitments.
Work closely with engineering, estimation, and project execution teams to align technical proposals with client needs.
Ensure fabrication capabilities, certifications (e.g., ASME, ISO, API), and production capacities are communicated effectively to clients.
Lead a team of sales managers, business development executives, and pre-sales engineers.
Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture within the team.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models.
Report sales forecasts, project status, and commercial risks to executive leadership.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
12–15+ years of experience in fabrication services and EPC sales
Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, industrial manufacturing, and EPC project cycles
Proven success in managing multimillion-dollar sales pipelines
Excellent understanding of regional and international EPC contracting norms
