Develop scalable and modular I&C architectures that enhance product flexibility and operational efficiency.
Oversee specification and development of analog/digital sensors, signal conditioners, transducers, and interface electronics.
Guide innovation in sensor fusion, precision measurement, and high-speed data acquisition systems.
Direct the development of control strategies (PID, model predictive, adaptive control) for dynamic electrical/electronic systems.
Supervise integration of embedded control platforms (e.g., microcontrollers, FPGAs, DSPs) into products and production equipment.
Ensure tight integration of I&C systems with automation platforms (PLC/DCS/SCADA/HMI).
Enable interoperability with smart grid, building automation, and IoT environments.
Drive compliance with IEC, IEEE, and ISO standards related to electrical safety, EMC, and functional safety (e.g., IEC 61010, 61508).
Implement best practices for failure detection, diagnostic coverage, and system redundancy.
Lead design-to-production transition of instrumentation hardware/software for consumer electronics, control panels, and smart appliances.
Collaborate with product design, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering teams.
Incorporate advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive diagnostics into I&C systems for proactive maintenance and optimization.
Promote cloud-connected instrumentation and remote monitoring solutions.
Drive R&D projects related to sensors, actuators, IoT integration, and intelligent edge control.
Partner with universities, consortia, and external vendors on emerging technologies.
Build and manage high-performing teams of instrumentation engineers, controls specialists, and integration experts.
Foster a collaborative culture between R&D, production, quality, and compliance functions.
