The Mid-Level Data Logger Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of temperature and humidity data logging systems that support HACCP-critical control points (CCPs). This includes deployment, calibration, data analysis, and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with food safety standards such as ISO 22000, BRC, FSSC 22000, and FSMA.
Configure, deploy, and retrieve temperature/humidity loggers across production lines, storage areas, and transport vehicles.
Ensure correct placement, activation, and data integrity for batch and process verification.
Download and validate data logger reports using tools like Testo, Elitech, LogTag, MadgeTech, or equivalent platforms.
Review, analyze, and interpret logger data for trends, compliance breaches, or deviations from HACCP-defined temperature limits.
Prepare summary reports for production batches, validation studies, or shipment profiles.
Maintain a centralized and auditable database of logger data for all HACCP CCPs and PRPs.
Support internal and third-party audits by compiling records, deviation reports, and corrective action documentation.
Conduct or oversee routine calibration verification of loggers and sensors.
Maintain up-to-date calibration certificates and equipment tracking logs.
Work with QA, Maintenance, Production, and Logistics teams to address non-conformities, root causes, and preventive measures.
Support temperature mapping for new production or storage zones and seasonal revalidations.
