We are looking for a motivated Junior Control Systems Engineer to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of control systems across our industrial operations. You will assist senior engineers in PLC/DCS programming, SCADA integration, system documentation, and site commissioning activities. This is a hands-on technical role offering exposure to control systems design in real-world projects.
Assist in programming and configuring PLCs, DCS, and HMI/SCADA systems based on project specifications.
Support system integration, I/O mapping, signal testing, and troubleshooting during commissioning.
Collaborate with design and instrumentation teams to prepare control schematics, loop diagrams, and panel layouts.
Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Monitor control system performance and support tuning, optimization, and change management processes.
Document control strategies, logic diagrams, user manuals, and maintenance procedures.
Help implement industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
Adhere to safety standards, project timelines, and engineering quality procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Control Systems, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
0–2 years of relevant experience (internship or project-based exposure accepted).
Basic understanding of PLC/DCS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Honeywell, Schneider, ABB).
Knowledge of control system fundamentals (PID loops, control logic, I/O types, etc.).
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISA, IEC, IEEE) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to industrial automation or field instrumentation projects.
Basic programming knowledge (ladder logic, FBD, structured text).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (P&IDs, wiring schematics).
Willingness to travel for site support and project execution.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
