We are looking for a Fresher Control Systems Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and commissioning of industrial control systems. This role offers practical, hands-on experience in working with PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and instrumentation systems in real-world engineering projects.
Assist in developing control system architectures including PLCs, DCS, RTUs, SCADA, and HMIs.
Participate in programming, configuration, and testing of control systems under supervision.
Support integration of field instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature, level sensors) with control hardware.
Assist in preparing wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and control panel layouts.
Contribute to FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) activities.
Help perform signal checks, I/O mapping, loop tuning, and basic troubleshooting at site or in test environments.
Collaborate with senior engineers on system documentation, user manuals, and technical reports.
Learn and apply relevant industry standards (ISA, IEC, ISO, etc.).
Adhere to safety and project protocols during design and site activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Basic understanding of control system concepts (PID control, open/closed loop, I/O types, etc.).
Familiarity with PLC/DCS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, ABB, Schneider).
Good analytical and logical thinking skills.
Willingness to learn and travel to project or client sites.
Exposure to ladder logic, FBD, or structured text programming.
Basic understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.).
Internships or academic projects related to automation/control systems.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, EPLAN, or any control panel design software is a plus.
