We are seeking a motivated Junior Construction Supervisor – Mechanical Systems to support the on-site execution and supervision of mechanical construction activities. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with early career experience looking to grow in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial sectors. The role involves close coordination with construction teams, contractors, and engineers to ensure mechanical works are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.
Assist senior supervisors in overseeing mechanical construction activities such as piping, structural supports, and equipment installation.
Monitor progress and report on work execution, delays, or technical issues.
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
Support the enforcement of safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
Report any unsafe practices or near-miss incidents to site HSE officers.
Assist in verifying that construction activities meet the required quality standards.
Support inspection and testing of installed mechanical systems under the guidance of QA/QC personnel.
Ensure red-marked drawings and documentation are maintained.
Liaise with contractors, material handlers, and storekeepers to ensure timely delivery of tools and materials.
Maintain daily site activity logs, tracking labor, materials, and progress.
Support senior staff in resolving minor on-site technical issues.
Assist with supervision of mechanical construction activities

Support quality control and documentation
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
0–2 years of experience in construction or mechanical field work (internship or apprenticeship experience is acceptable).
Basic understanding of piping, mechanical installations, and construction drawings.
Familiarity with mechanical tools and construction site practices.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings and understand specifications.
Working knowledge of MS Office or site reporting tools.
Willingness to learn and adapt to site environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
OSHA 10/30-Hour Safety Training or equivalent (preferred).
Basic knowledge of QA/QC or construction standards (desirable).
