The Senior Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This senior role acts as a key site authority, managing large teams, subcontractors, logistics, and ensuring smooth site execution from start to finish.
Supervise day-to-day construction operations across multiple work fronts and teams.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and timelines.
Lead site safety enforcement and ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress and productivity.
Conduct site inspections to verify quality, progress, and adherence to specifications.
Manage site logistics, including material handling, equipment coordination, and labor allocation.
Resolve on-site conflicts and technical issues swiftly in coordination with project engineers.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and participate in project review meetings.
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level supervisors, ensuring strong on-site leadership.
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
6–10+ years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision.
Proven track record in managing complex or large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing works.
Familiarity with local construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling software, and site reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
