The Junior Construction Site Supervisor assists in overseeing day-to-day site activities to ensure construction work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This entry-level supervisory role supports senior site management in coordinating labor, materials, and equipment, while enforcing site safety and reporting progress.
Assist in supervising on-site construction activities and labor teams.
Monitor progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and instructions.
Support the coordination of material deliveries and equipment usage.
Ensure all site work adheres to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Report any issues, delays, or incidents to senior supervisors or engineers.
Help maintain site documentation, checklists, and daily activity logs.
Assist with quality inspections and ensure compliance with technical standards.
Promote good housekeeping and safety practices across the site.
Communicate effectively with workers, subcontractors, and supervisors.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in construction or site supervision (internship experience is acceptable).
Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials.
Familiarity with reading technical drawings and site layouts.
Understanding of workplace safety practices and local site regulations.
Strong observation, communication, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior professionals.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting tools.
