Overview of the Role

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Mechanical Helpers to join our construction team at construction@talentpool.ae. As a Fresher in this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our skilled mechanical technicians and engineers in the execution of various construction projects. Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced mechanical technicians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment on construction sites.
• Handle basic tasks such as carrying tools, materials, and equipment to designated work areas, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Support in the assembly and disassembly of mechanical components according to project specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site, including proper storage of tools and materials to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist in the measurement, marking, and layout work as directed by senior team members to ensure precise installation.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to stay updated on safety procedures and best practices.
• Report any issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly to facilitate quick resolution.
• Support the team in completing tasks within scheduled timelines while adhering to quality standards.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required by project needs.
