We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Compensation & Benefits Specialist (Senior Level) to lead the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs. This role is responsible for conducting market analyses, advising on salary structures, ensuring legal compliance, and driving total rewards initiatives that support organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in compensation strategy, benefits design, and regulatory frameworks to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Lead the design and administration of compensation structures, incentive plans, and employee benefits programs.
Conduct complex job evaluations, internal equity reviews, and market benchmarking to support salary decisions and pay band structuring.
Partner with HR and finance leadership to support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and cost modeling.
Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Ensure all programs are compliant with local labor laws, tax regulations, and global mobility requirements (if applicable).
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including benefits providers, brokers, and consultants.
Drive communication strategies related to total rewards, ensuring employees understand available benefits and reward frameworks.
Support audits, internal reporting, and external regulatory filings related to payroll, benefits, and equity programs.
Develop and deliver training sessions or presentations for HR and management on compensation-related topics.
Advise on international compensation practices, expatriate packages, and mobility frameworks when applicable.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or compensation certification preferred – e.g., CCP)
6–8+ years of experience in compensation & benefits roles, with proven experience in salary structuring and benefits design
Deep knowledge of compensation principles, benchmarking methodologies, and benefits frameworks
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Experience in handling multinational compensation or regional GCC policies is a plus
Ability to manage sensitive data and maintain confidentiality at all times
