Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of competitive and compliant compensation and benefits programs. This role is critical to attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent, while ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and adherence to legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefit programs aligned with business objectives and market trends.

  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation strategies.

  • Evaluate existing compensation policies, structures, and practices for effectiveness, equity, and compliance.

  • Oversee administration of employee benefits such as health insurance, end-of-service benefits, pensions, and wellness initiatives.

  • Partner with HR leadership and business units to develop job evaluations and grading systems.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.

  • Develop and manage annual compensation budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

  • Analyze compensation-related data and generate dashboards and insights for decision-making.

  • Lead communication and education initiatives regarding total rewards to enhance employee understanding and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5–8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, labor regulations, and benefits programs

  • Analytical mindset with experience in compensation modeling and HRIS systems

  • High level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), SHRM-CP/SCP, or CIPD are highly desirable
