Job Title: Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and management of competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent. This role is responsible for aligning reward frameworks with organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and advising leadership on best practices in total rewards. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in salary structuring, benefits optimization, and strategic compensation planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and manage compensation structures including base pay, variable pay, and incentive schemes.
Lead compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Manage the design and administration of employee benefit programs (healthcare, life insurance, allowances, etc.).
Drive the annual compensation cycle including performance-based salary reviews, bonus planning, and budgeting.
Partner with senior management and HR leadership to advise on total rewards strategy and executive compensation.
Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate benefits packages, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs).
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal compensation policies.
Prepare detailed compensation analytics, dashboards, and reports for decision-making and board reviews.
Lead or participate in global mobility and expatriate compensation initiatives (if applicable).
Mentor and guide junior C&B team members to build internal capability.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or certification such as CCP preferred)
5–7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, including strategic planning roles
Advanced knowledge of salary structuring, benefits management, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in HRIS, compensation tools, and Excel-based modeling
Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and communication skills
Experience with multinational compensation practices and cross-border benefits is a plus
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage C&B projects end-to-end
