Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Specialist (Mid-Level)


Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist (Mid-Level) to manage and enhance employee compensation structures and benefits programs across the organization. This role is responsible for administering salary reviews, analyzing market competitiveness, managing benefits vendors, and supporting compliance with labor laws and internal compensation policies. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of total rewards and be capable of balancing both strategic analysis and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation programs including salary adjustments, bonuses, and allowances in line with policy and performance metrics.

  • Conduct market salary benchmarking and support the development of competitive salary structures.

  • Manage employee benefit programs including medical insurance, leave entitlements, and end-of-service benefits.

  • Ensure compensation and benefits practices are aligned with labor regulations and internal governance standards.

  • Support annual compensation reviews, performance-based increments, and payroll coordination.

  • Generate compensation reports, cost analysis, and HR metrics for decision-making.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

  • Liaise with insurance providers and external vendors to manage benefits administration.

  • Participate in internal audits and compliance checks related to payroll and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions

  • Strong knowledge of salary structures, benefits design, and UAE labor laws

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HR systems (HRIS, payroll tools)

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience handling insurance providers or benefits vendors is preferred
