We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cleanroom HVAC Systems Supervisor to support the operations, maintenance, and performance monitoring of HVAC systems specifically designed for cleanroom environments. This role is critical in maintaining air quality, pressure differentials, and temperature/humidity controls per GMP and ISO standards. The candidate will work under senior supervision but should be capable of managing routine activities and troubleshooting issues independently.
System Monitoring & Operation:
Supervise daily operation of cleanroom HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, HEPA filters, ducting systems).
Ensure consistent environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure) as per cleanroom classification standards (ISO 14644, GMP).
Monitor Building Management System (BMS) for real-time data and alarms.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:
Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance of HVAC components to minimize downtime.
Assist in diagnosing faults and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure HVAC systems are compliant with regulatory guidelines (GMP, FDA, ISO).
Maintain logs, maintenance records, calibration data, and deviation reports.
Cleanroom Protocol & Training:
Support and enforce gowning procedures and cleanroom behavior protocols.
Train junior technicians or operators on HVAC and cleanroom basics as required.
Vendor & Project Coordination:
Assist in coordinating third-party contractors during HVAC upgrades, validations, or repairs.
Participate in commissioning and qualification activities (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or biotech cleanroom environments.
Knowledge of cleanroom standards (ISO 14644, GMP).
Familiarity with BMS systems and HVAC automation controls.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and cleanroom controls.
Analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings, schematics, and SOPs.
Proficiency with MS Office and maintenance management software.
Good communication and documentation skills.
