We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to lead, manage, and supervise civil engineering projects from planning through execution. The candidate will oversee technical design, quality control, project coordination, and site supervision, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, budget, and timelines.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead civil engineering projects including roads, buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.

  • Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards (e.g., IS, BS, ACI, ASTM), and contract requirements.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

  • Monitor and control construction progress, QA/QC procedures, and safety compliance.

  • Analyze structural and geotechnical data, perform site inspections, and resolve technical issues.

  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

  • Participate in budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering.

  • Review and manage RFIs, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals.

  • Report progress, risks, and deviations to management through proper documentation.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

    • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

    • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, STAAD Pro / ETABS (if design-focused).

    • Deep understanding of construction methods, contracts (especially FIDIC), and site operations.

    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.

    • PMP or other project management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
